Muslim people, if you are someone who is true to the calendar like me, our big day is just three months away. So that's the reason why I had to drag those heavy feet of mine to Arab Street yesterday. &yesterday, I got the exact colour of royal blue songket which was on my mind since months ago. You don't know how excited I was, and was even more excited about forking out some 80 dollars for the songket. Read the price, yo. Boleh pengsan! Dad came to join us after work, who ended up dragging me into a vintage shop in Golden Landmark and became two hundred and fifty dollars poorer. I got myself two very old old bags. They're awesome. You know, you can come to my house and find a vintage coffee maker.

Fahn came over in the late afternoon to fetch me, and off to have an early dinner. This boy got me crazy. Crazily in love, hahahaa diam lah. We got changed and headed down to Timbre for cool band music. The pizza was yummeh, but I think they're too generous on the drinks. My throat was burning la. Other than that, the atmosphere is super relaxing. I might consider that on every Friday, like a TGIFF (thank gof it's finally Friday) bomb after work and who knows, I'll be the next brankrupt woman. Tsk, you know I was kidding on that sentence right.


We were expecting Goodfellas actually, but anyway, here's a 30 second video of idontknowwhatisthenameofthegroup performance.



Because we did not enjoy the performance, we left Timbre two hours later, having no plan in mind. So I called up Fylzah (who was about to have her Saturday night fever with a torn right shoe, laugh laugh) to pass her EzLink at Clarke Quay and then met Romano for supper at Kampung Glam cafe.





Lalalalalalala 2am, finally it's time for Sex and The City. Hmmm, can I just say that movie sadly is not my cup of coffee? Weird but I don't seem to enjoy it. What is wrong with me or rather, what is wrong with the movie? Krik krik lah okay.

The next morning, we had breakfast at MacDonald (shoutout to Fylzah: I got my hotcakes too lah eh!) and then home sweet home. At the dining table, Mom and Dad couldn't stop talking about money and the next moment, marriage. Like "Dik, you need atleast 20K for your marriage tau. You need to start saving from now." Yes Mom, what's that $600 credited to my saving account for every month? Save ape! Sheeesssh. Please, when it comes to saving, my Mom and Dad are the pro. You bet.

I sneaked to the toilet, took a quick bath, got myself all dressed up and bid goodbye. Bertuah betul ni budak. Baru balik dah keluar lagi. Quoting my Mom, "Pikir ni rumah hotel eh". Hahaa. I joined Fahn's family to Sentosa, and boy, I had so much fun!
