Good evening to people around the world! You've guessed it right, I am in a very good mood right now. Why you may ask? Because I'm just done with bathing and I'm smelling delicious. Besides, I finally told myself to stop shopping as I'm done with all that. You know I'm kidding. See, not that I want to stop all this girlfriend's bestfriend activities, it's just that I'm giving myself choices to choose. So I chose to stop and rest my case. Breathe in breathe out, I think I've overspent.



Singapore is getting hotter and hotter, burning hot okay. Given my weak immune system and the cold environment I'm working in, my body temperature keeps changing drastically. Now if my body could talk, it will definitely tell me how bad it's suffering right now. Yea I know. And it seemed like I need to drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables. Thank you doctor, I just quoted you haha.





I've this sudden urge to exercise or maybe just do some jogging. It's been like what, years since I last exercised? Yup. But I don't have the time, and that's the biggest problem. I miss my secondary school old days. I was as healthy as a rabbit. And I didn't have to worry about gaining weight, because we had Physical Education. Compared to now, it's tiring to be a little self-conscious about everything that you do and eat. Just because you want to look good and feel good about yourself. My boss once said "Confidence defines the beauty of a girl". Wow.

Changing topic, I guessed all the boys and men will stay awake for today's soccer match. If it's something about fashion runway, then maybe you can count me in. Heh.

Anyway, since it's going to be the month of holiday, have you thought of what is in store for you? Yes, you. Begin with a plan.
