The seriously fun part about working under the government is that they care about the well-being of their employees. I was given three days of compensation leave after grandma passed away, while dad had to take a normal leave. Ah, nothing's new to him actually. But I'm glad he is still surviving in that company. When my manager told me about the leave I'm entitled to, I was torn between happy nak mampus and sadness. At the back of my head, I couldn't find a better thing to do on my leave than to catch at least 10 hours of sleep. The boyfriend is back at camp and everybody else is either schooling or working.

Since today the boyfriend had to report at Singapore Discovery Centre at 8.45am, I insisted on accompanying him on the train and bus ride. It was funny how preetyboy panicked when he heard me saying we have to alight at Jurong. Macam maner nak pergi Jurong????? Mampus. Ni lah budak-budak dah kebiasaan naik motor. The rule is, when you are in your uniform, do not kiss your girlfriend. Do not hold hands with your girlfriend. Do not hug your girlfriend. Basically, you can only talk, smile and laugh. No touching. So that was what we did in the train. I wanted so bad to put his head on my shoulder, so that his head won't go right and left when he sleeps, but in the end, I secretly watched him sleep from the corner of my left eye. I almost hug him when he thanked me for sending him. He said he could not survive without me. Lucky I was there to buy him the transitlink card. Lucky I was there to tap the card for him while he had to carry his heavy bulky black bag. Lucky I was there to put the coins in the machine for him while boarding the bus. Ahhhhhhhh, tahu takpe.

And then I made my way to Nanyang Polytechnic to meet Fylzah and accompany her for breakfast. I swear I almost cry at the bustop because I don't know what bus to take to the nearest interchange and worst, I was the only living soul standing at the bustop. Since I was low on cash, I hailed almost 5 cabs before getting the one which is equipped with the atm device. Itupun device dia rosak. Bodoh. So I alighted and saw a bus heading towards the bustop. Thank god it ended at Boon Lay mrt. Upon reaching Yio Chu Kang, Fylzah insisted that I should follow the crowd to Nanyang. Aku pun ikut lah crowd macam paham gitu. They crossed, I crossed. They stopped, aku pun stop. Cishhhh.

Thank you Fylzah for lending me your laptop while waiting for you to come out for lunch. I know I emptied your laptop's battery. That's what friends are for, kan? Hee. And guess what, now I am stuck in their e-learning, updating my blog and surfing the net. So much for wanting to go home at 11am. Pffft.
